QMI 220 Water Resistant Grease provides long-term lubrication with a
blend of highly refined petroleum oils and PTFE, chemically
inert to prevent corrosives from attacking vital parts. Resists
contaminants found in steel, paper mill and numerous other applications.
The thickener is a sophisticated aluminum complex selected to provide a
high level of resistance to water washout and wet chum deterioration.
The blend of boundary lubricants and polymers reduce friction and wear
while improving the load carrying capabilities. The complex thickener
and boundary lubricants also aid in forming a stronger seal against the
intrusion of water and water-borne contaminants. Use of this grease may
reduce lubrication intervals as much as five to one.
