Mobile Sim information

Such as you possibly already know there are large differences in price and performances of telecom operators on mobile networks.
We want to give you tips  to be able to make a correct decision  about the SIMcard to use for your system.

TIP 1: Do not use a dual simcard! When  you are calling yourself with you're handy is active and not the simkaart in your system.
Or your mobile is active, or your simkaart is active. Never both!

TIP 2: Prepaid are possible but are not judicious!
When your credit balance is on zero, the system can't alarm you! If you regularly and swiftly upgrade the balance on your card this is an option.

Such as you  have seen above, the best option is a subscription. You need only SIM ONLY subscription.(unless you still need a new cellphone)
this makes a considerably difference  in your new subscription!

Firstly some basis questions, which can help you on youre way;
Cheaper taps or a discount on the subscription rate frequently gets to you.
1: First of all you must know if you remain with the boat only in your own country , or also go abroad.
When You remain in your own country, then you are  free in your choice of telecom operator. All operators cover rurally.
Most of the reliability of service you have with KPN/BT, Vodafone, Orange and T-Mobile. At power jammings some operators go down immidiatly !
The largest operators in the world are Vodafone and T-Mobile. The best choice would be Vodafone .

2: High frequency link or low frequency link, best you can do is to choose for both! Higher frequencies penetrate more difficulty through obstakels such as walls/bldg.
The high frequencies are, however, useful in large cities, to settle many conversations in a small area, but indoors and in your boat are the indicators considerably weak.
For that, the low frequencies are more suitable, and moreover more useful outside the large cities.
KPN/BT and Vodafone have both the arrangement over 900 MHz and 1800 MHz frequencies.
For this reason the smaller operators with only 1800 MHz frequencies are in the disadvantage.

Conclusion:
Vodafone is possibly the best operator for you. The present licenses for 900 MHz-frequenties of KPN/BT and Vodfaone expire just over four and seven years,
but the large operators are already involved  in a fight over the licences for mobile telephony.
KPN and Vodafone want preserve their current frequency, but at least one competitor has one's eye on also on this qualitative better signal for mobile tel..
It is still but the question, or KPN and Vodafone ' ordinary ' can preserve them.

We want to inform our customers as good as possible and to serve of recommendation ,
but succeeding the recommendations and the purchase of the on this site described products or services are of course on own risk.
