The Fireater can officially not be used yet in the Netherlands as only fire extinguishing sera for public area's and businesses.
This depends on authorisation of the minister within the framework of fire extinguishing resources rules.
The Fireater can be used, as a supplement or as experimental extinguisher. Private use (boats, cars, home) is free.
For the rest of the world the Fireater can be used as any other official fire extinguishing device.
