Normally you will receive within some minutes an affirmative mail of your order on the given e-mail address.
If you have not passed through all steps of the ordering process, you will not get this e-mail.
Then you must make the order again.
Why I would not get a affirmative e-mail?
If you use a e-mail address outside your own provider such as " Hotmail, gmail, yahoo" or similar (for free) addresses. These frequently consider (9 out of 10 times) the e-mail as Spam, as a result of which you won't get this e-mailt ever. Spamfilters of your own provider are possibly to strickt and characterise it as Spam.
What do i have to do when i get no affirmative e-mail?
Send a e-mail to support@sureboat.com with as subject " affirmative mail not received" by means of your normal e-mail address (as far as possible and available). If possible you put our e-mail address in the safe list.
Mention your name, address and phone number, and what you have ordered and we make sure that you will receive your e-mail.
